Introduction to PU Color Chip
The color chip series of CAB is a pre-dispersing product of granular pigments. They are carefully selected organic and inorganic pigments which are pre-dispersed in a CAB resin system of medium viscosity. Its good consistency and dispersibility enable customers to prepare ideal color paste or finished paint in a very short time, and give the product excellent transparency, weather resistance and other characteristics. It is widely used in plastic paint, automobile paint, motorcycle paint and wood paint.
water-based color chip series is an efficient pre-dispersed product of granular pigment. They are carefully selected organic and inorganic pigments which are well-dispersed by special process treatment. The color chip product can easily dissolve in the water and be prepared for ideall colorant. It is suitable for all kinds of systems including acrylic, polyurethane, styrene-acrylic emulsion, rubber emulsion, etc. It has good compatibility with all kinds of resins.
This series of color chips is a granular color pre dispersion series product. Select high-performance, weather resistant, and transparent organic and inorganic pigments, which are pre dispersed in a special modified polymer resin system. And endow the product with superior bright and transparent properties, weather resistance, and other characteristics. Suitable for 3C coatings, automotive factory coatings, automotive repair coatings, automotive interior and exterior coatings, electric vehicle coatings, rail transit coatings, engineering machinery coatings, wood coatings, etc.
The transparent color chip is a predispersed powder pigment prepared with high performance organic pigment and chloroacetic resin as the carrier. This series of product has super fine particle size, extremely narrow particle size distribution, excellent tinting power, transparency, and saturation, also good flocculation resistance, and anti-precipitation. When using this series of pigment product, no grinding and dispersing agent is needed. The transparent color chip is the ideal colorant for reflective materials, traffic billboards, license plate film, and printing ink. In the absence of restriction of halogen requirements, this series can be recommended for paint, as a substitute for color paste. This series of product is dust-free, easy for transportation, and can be stored for a long time.
